Nice location and kind staff. But the apartments overrated and don't look like the pictures from the website. It really needs sorting out for a (apparently) 4* hotel. Bathrooms need renovation and some fixtures to be sorted out. Windows are super thin and the noise from the evening entertainment makes conversation very challenging (until midnight most nights).
Ive heard the rooms are good but personally never stayed in one. They have great activities for kids however and, their section of beach is wonderful. Attentive lifeguards and great service. We have rented our umbrella and beach furniture from here with my Italian father in law
For the summer season.
Rooms are really out of date. Service is good but not everywhere. Air conditioner is not great. Bathrooms have no ventilation nor air conditioning, beds are single beds pushed together. Honestly just make yourself a favour and book something better. Just look if bathrooms are updated before booking
Very nice overall! Especially for kids
Lịch sự và gọn gàng, sạch nhưng thiếu một số tiện nghi
I have experienced this hotel together with my family. My aunt booked it. The experience was quite ok but with some remarks.
I have to say that the rooms are enough big even though very simple and not furnished like a 4 star hotel shall be - and they are expensive not cheap -.
The position is comfortable as in front of the hotel you find a nice beach made of white sand.
There are many details that didn’t work in this hotel but our stay, anyhow, was quite relaxing.
There is a quite good organization and the food is ok, not as bad as in many hotels. Sometimes it was actually good. Anyway it is really incredible that the quantity of the food is not enough for everyone if you come in the middle of the breakfast/lunch/dinner time (and not in the beginning): the good food is always already finished and they don’t replace it!!! You have to join the queue to eat some cakes like it is not a 4 star hotel but an Hostel (paying approximatively 300 euros per day in August).
Often you don’t find croissaint in the morning (or just the small ones, with a very bad quality), you don’t find some fruits or you don’t find even yogurth. You have to go at 7.30 to find everything. If you already go at 8.00 it is too late. Not pleasant for people on holidays. In general you also see lot of cheap people in this hotel - you can see it from their lack of education - , they make big dishes as they didn’t eat for a week (and then they leave and waste the food, leaving other people without food because of the poor quantity). An example: people with 6 croissaint in the dishes and then they leave 3 of them. Other 3 people obviously without croissaint. It seems that some people see the “all inclusive” as “eat everything because it is all included”.
It is also weird that they always put the same things in the buffet. Few days ago they made one evening arrosto di vittello (which is veal roasted meat) and the next days there was salad with the same veal meat inside and also vittello tonnato (the same meat with tuna sauce on the top). Ricycle is not a policy for a four star hotel. And the same thing was made also with other food everyday.
The food for the kids is always the same in the menu but you can also ask if there is something else and often you can get it.
There is a big business in this hotel but the customer is not treated as a 4 star hotel but maximum 3 stars, for the rooms, for the comfort, for the food and for the services. If you want to charge about 300 euros per day is fine, but you have to give a correct experience for that price, not save on quality.
It's very nice and there are good and fun activities set up like, the beach, the pool, the park, the restourant in the hotel and the bikes too!! You can choose a bike, choose a helmet and then go for a ride! I reccomend this hotel if you want for the vacations!!
Rudeness, lack of all measures against covid-19, disrespect and savings on everything
